1. Returns

Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5β10 business days].
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchange
We only replace items if they are:
