1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

3. Exchange

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product received

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
